The coffin

For lunch, a Tainan specialty 棺材板 (coffin plank), at Chikan Danzai Noodles 赤崁擔仔麵. I heard that in the original version, the hollowed out bread was filled with offal, making it look like decomposing flesh in a coffin; hence the name.
